Cancellations, changes and refunds
The buyer will have 15 calendar days to return the product, counted from the day it was delivered, after this period, the money will not be returned.
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@amarra2.com and send your item to:

The buyer must notify, within the indicated period, of his/her wish to return the product, writing his/her intention to the email info@amarra2.com, together with the reason for the return and photos if pertinent.
Once Amarra2 responds to the email sent, the buyer will proceed to send the product. For the return, the product and the original packaging must be in perfect condition for resale, it must be returned within the indicated period.
The transport will be in charge of the buyer, it must always go freight prepaid. When it is received, it will be verified that it has arrived in the same conditions as it was dispatched the first time, after verifying that it has no defects and that it is complete, the money paid for the product will be returned, changed or credited to the account. ; not counting shipping costs.
Otherwise, the return of the product will not be accepted.
When the defect in the product is the result of improper handling by the buyer, including non-observance of the indicated storage conditions, the money will not be refunded.
Important! If the order has been sent free of charge, in case of return of the product or products, the cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
In the event that the merchandise arrives damaged by transport, you must notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours, otherwise, no claim can be made.
Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after notification of withdrawal.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of your item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed through your credit card, original payment method or bank transfer, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.
After this, contact with your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.

Articles on sale
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped and then given to you, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and they'll find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it by mail to AMARRA2,Castell de Peralada street num. 24 low floor, Girona, GI, 17003, Spain.
The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the arrival time of the exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 60 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
